Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and KPI reporting.
• Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts, working closely with operational managers.
• Create financial models to support business planning, investment appraisal, and performance analysis.
• Monitor and report on key cost drivers and profitability across different business segments.
• Enhance financial systems and reporting processes for improved efficiency and data accuracy.
• Provide financial guidance and support to non-finance stakeholders through clear communication.

Requirements

• Qualified or part-qualified Management Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with relevant experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in management accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage accounting responsibilities effectively in a remote environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for virtual team collaboration.
