Management Accountant

• Location: Norwich
• Salary: £38,000 - £40,000
• Job Type: Full-time, 37 hours per week

Reed Finance Norwich are delighted to be exclusively supporting our client in recruiting for a Management Accountant to join their Finance Department at their Head Office in Norwich on a permanent basis. This role is integral to supporting the wider finance team by preparing, presenting, and analysing management accounts for defined divisions within the Group.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Work closely with the wider finance team.
• Prepare initial management accounts for specific divisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and currency to identify efficient and commercial opportunities.
• Present and analyse financial data to aid in the development of the clients’ operational services.
• Engage in continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Finance and/or accounting qualification (AAT, Degree, ACCA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a commercial finance role, with expertise in producing management accounts and balance sheet schedules periodically.
• Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create and maintain accurate financial records.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data effectively.
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders across the business.
