Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and sectors.
• Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for further engagement.
• Collaborate with practice leaders to define and refine service offerings and go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business development efforts.
• Represent the firm at industry events and networking functions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Demonstrated success in securing new business and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent understanding of consulting services and client needs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with senior client stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
