Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies to build buy-in.

- Design and deliver training programs to support new processes and systems.

Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related consulting field.
- Solid understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
- Experience in developing communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Strong facilitation and training skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or a related field.
