About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Remote Management Consultant specializing in Change Management to join their virtual team, serving clients nationwide including those in Bristol . You will guide organizations through periods of significant transformation, ensuring smooth transitions, employee buy-in, and successful adoption of new strategies, processes, or technologies. This fully remote role requires exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive organizational change effectively from a distance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
• Assess organizational readiness for change and identify potential resistance points.
• Design and deliver communication and training programs to support change initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to foster buy-in and manage expectations.
• Monitor the effectiveness of change interventions and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in change management consulting or a similar internal role.
• Proven experience in managing complex organizational change initiatives.
• Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
• Exceptional remote communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
