About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Management Consultant with expertise in Change Management to join their practice in Norwich . You will guide organizations through significant transitions, ensuring smooth adoption of new strategies, processes, or technologies. This hybrid role balances the flexibility of remote work with essential on-site client engagements, fostering robust relationships and driving successful change initiatives. Your role will involve assessing organizational readiness, developing communication strategies, and supporting stakeholders to navigate and embrace change effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the impact of change on organizational structure, processes, and people.
• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
• Design and deliver communication and training programs to support change initiatives.

Requirements
