About the Role

Our client, a prominent Management Consultancy , is actively recruiting a dedicated Management Consultant specializing in Change Management for their Norwich office. This role is critical in assisting clients through periods of significant organizational transformation, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption of new strategies, processes, or technologies. You will partner with clients to develop and implement robust change management strategies, focusing on communication, stakeholder engagement, and training. Key Responsibilities

• Assess the impact of change initiatives on people, processes, and technology within client organizations.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, including communication plans, stakeholder analysis, and engagement strategies.
• Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed for new ways of working.
• Identify and manage potential resistance to change, developing mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project teams and client leadership to ensure alignment and integrated execution of change initiatives.
• Measure the effectiveness of change interventions and provide recommendations for ongoing support in Norwich .

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or management consulting.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing change management plans for complex projects.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
