You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their digital journeys, from strategy formulation to the implementation of new technologies and processes that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. This role involves a blend of remote work and on-site client engagement, requiring adaptability and strong relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities
- Assess client's current digital capabilities and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Develop and articulate comprehensive digital transformation strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
- Advise clients on the selection and adoption of relevant digital technologies, including cloud, AI, and data analytics.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution of digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to ensure buy-in and facilitate adoption of new digital solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports to stakeholders at various levels.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Management Consultant or in a similar strategic advisory role, with a focus on digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their application in business strategy.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
- Experience in project management and leading client engagements.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, comfortable working in both remote and client-facing settings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
