About the Role

Our client is recruiting a specialized Management Consultant focused on the Financial Services sector for their Wolverhampton office. This role involves advising financial institutions on a range of strategic, operational, and regulatory challenges. You will help clients navigate market changes, optimize their services, and ensure compliance within a highly regulated environment. This hybrid position offers the chance to work on high-profile projects within a critical industry, contributing expertise and driving meaningful change for leading financial organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Advise financial services clients on strategy, risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs within the financial sector.
Develop strategies and solutions to address challenges such as digital disruption, fintech integration, and regulatory shifts.
Lead project teams in the delivery of consulting services, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align on strategic objectives and implementation plans.
Ensure all recommendations adhere to relevant industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in financial services consulting or a related role within the industry.
Deep understanding of the financial services landscape, including banking, insurance, or asset management.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel III, MiFID II) is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior clients.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
