About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Management Consultant focused on Operations Improvement to join their fully remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client operational processes, workflows, and performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement.
• Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
• Utilize data analytics and process modeling techniques to diagnose operational challenges and propose solutions.
• Collaborate closely with client operational teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of recommended changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations consulting, process improvement, or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools, data analysis software, and lean/six sigma methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective in building relationships and driving change remotely.
