You will work with a diverse client base, from startups to established corporations, diagnosing operational challenges and implementing sustainable improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client operational processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement solutions for process optimization, supply chain management, and cost reduction.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring frameworks to track operational performance.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of new operational procedures.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in management consulting or operations management roles.

- Proven ability to analyze complex operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
