Management Consultant - Organisational Design

About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled Management Consultant focused on Organisational Design to join their dedicated team in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, UK . In this role, you will partner with clients to redesign their organizational structures, roles, and processes to enhance agility, improve collaboration, and align with strategic objectives. You will leverage your expertise to create effective operating models that support business growth and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of organizational dynamics and a talent for facilitating change.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current organizational structures and identify areas for improvement in effectiveness and efficiency.
• Design and develop optimal organizational structures, job roles, and accountability frameworks.
• Develop strategies for implementing organizational change, including communication and stakeholder management plans.
• Facilitate workshops with leadership teams to define future-state organizational designs.
• Analyze the impact of proposed changes on workforce planning, talent management, and culture.
• Ensure alignment between organizational design, strategy, and operational requirements.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in organizational design, HR consulting, or management consulting with a focus on structure.
• Demonstrated experience in redesigning organizational structures and operating models.
• Strong understanding of organizational behaviour, change management principles, and talent management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
