About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented Management Consultant with expertise in organisational design to join their Oxford-based team. You will help clients build effective, agile, and future-ready organisational structures that support their strategic goals and foster a high-performance culture. This hybrid role involves close collaboration with senior leaders, both remotely and on-site, to diagnose structural challenges and design optimal operating models. You will play a crucial role in transforming organisations to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess current organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and recommend optimal organizational models, including reporting lines, decision rights, and governance frameworks.
- Develop strategies for talent management, capability building, and workforce planning aligned with organisational goals.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to co-create new organisational designs and change plans.
- Advise clients on implementing change management initiatives to support new structures and ways of working.
- Analyze the impact of organisational change on culture, performance, and employee experience.
Requirements
- Experience as a Management Consultant or in a strategic HR/Organisational Development role.
- Proven expertise in organisational design , operating model development, and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to model complex organisational structures.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in managing projects and delivering recommendations to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
