Key Responsibilities

• Advise retail clients on strategies for growth, market positioning, and competitive advantage.
• Analyse retail operations, including supply chain, merchandising, store operations, and e-commerce.
• Develop and implement solutions to enhance customer experience and drive sales performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience or relevant industry experience in retail management.
• Strong understanding of key retail functions, including operations, marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce.
• Experience in areas such as customer strategy, supply chain management, digital transformation, or retail operations optimisation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse client teams and manage relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
