As Manager, Individual Giving Acquisition, you'll lead the Individual Giving Acquisition team to deliver inspiring campaigns, appeals and experiences to reach new audiences to Dementia UK, that drive medium-to-long-term sustainable income. You'll be confident in writing operational team plans, managing annual budgets, and supporting the Individual Giving Senior Manager in projecting medium and long-term income. You'll understand your audiences and know how to create engaging campaigns to inspire action and build long term return on investment.

You'll be a collaborative manager, able to build strong relationships with the Individual Giving, Legacies & In Memory team, stakeholders across Dementia UK and with external partners.
