Manufacturing Engineer

We're currently looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join an internationally established manufacturing team. You'll play a key role in improving processes, optimising equipment, reducing waste, and supporting new product launches while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and document production trials and equipment acceptance activities.

• Develop and implement process and equipment improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and reduce scrap.

• Analyse manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Develop plant layouts and conduct capacity studies.

• Support PFMEA, DFM/A, ergonomic assessments, and engineering documentation.

• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and implement solutions.

• Promote and maintain strong 5S, Health & Safety, and quality standards.

About You

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.

• Manufacturing or industrial process experience.

• Strong understanding of process flow and plant layout.

• Proficient in AutoCAD.

• Automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential.
