Key Responsibilities

• Remotely analyze manufacturing processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop, design, and document optimized manufacturing workflows and layouts.
• Lead virtual cross-functional teams to implement process changes and efficiency initiatives.
• Utilize data analysis and simulation tools to model process improvements and predict outcomes.
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for enhanced productivity and consistency.
• Provide remote guidance and support for process implementation and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience in industrial engineering , with a focus on manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in process simulation software, data analysis tools, and project management software.
• Strong remote collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
