Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing methods and systems using lean manufacturing techniques.
• Conduct detailed studies of production workflow, workstation design, and material handling.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and R&D to implement solutions.
• Utilize process simulation software and data analysis to evaluate and optimize manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an industrial engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD, process simulation software, and statistical analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
