Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for manufacturing operations to align with company goals and drive profitability.
• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness across all facilities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operational managers and staff remotely.
• Implement and champion lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
