Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all aspects of the manufacturing operations, including production, planning, and logistics.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and production staff to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Extensive experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, process optimisation, and quality management systems.
