Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Design and conduct experiments to validate process changes and new manufacturing techniques.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis.
• Experience with CAD software for design and simulation is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
