About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Process Specialist to enhance their production operations in Coventry . This hybrid role offers a blend of on-site collaboration and remote flexibility, allowing you to contribute to critical process improvements. You will be responsible for analyzing existing manufacturing workflows, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing solutions that boost efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of current manufacturing processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement using data-driven methods.
• Design, develop, and implement new or modified manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, safety, and product consistency.
• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including flowcharts , work instructions, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot process-related issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Monitor process performance metrics, reporting on key indicators and recommending adjustments to optimize output.
• Support the implementation of new equipment and technologies, ensuring smooth integration into existing production lines.

Requirements

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in a process engineering or manufacturing specialist role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, lean methodologies, and quality control systems.
• Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
• Experience with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team structure.
