About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain manufacturing systems, including production lines and automation.
• Analyze operational data to identify system inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and document system specifications, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new systems and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to manufacturing system performance.
• Lead projects aimed at enhancing system reliability, throughput, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing systems engineering or industrial engineering.
• Proficiency in system design, process optimization, and project management.
• Experience with automation, robotics, and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
