About the Role
Our client is looking for a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join their marketing operations team in Reading . You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's marketing automation platform to drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in marketing automation tools and a strategic understanding of marketing principles to design and execute effective campaigns. You will work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless lead flow and campaign success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
- Design, build, and execute automated marketing campaigns, including email workflows, lead nurturing programs, and segmentation strategies.
- Develop landing pages and forms to support campaign initiatives and lead capture efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign goals, target audiences, and messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure seamless integration between the marketing automation platform and other CRM systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with one or more major marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, lead nurturing, and campaign automation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data management principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
