About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join their dynamic team in Bristol , operating under a hybrid work model. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing automated marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, marketing acumen, and analytical skills to optimize campaign performance and ensure seamless integration across various marketing platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute targeted strategies that enhance customer journeys and brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy automated marketing workflows and campaigns using a marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Segment customer databases and create targeted campaigns based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement levels.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations within the marketing automation system.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create assets for automated campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist or similar role, with hands-on experience with at least one major marketing automation platform.
- Strong understanding of lead nurturing strategies, customer journey mapping, and email marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret campaign metrics.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment based in Bristol and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
