About the Role
Our client is seeking a meticulous and technically adept Marketing Automation Specialist to join their team on a fully remote basis. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing automated marketing workflows and campaigns to nurture leads, improve customer engagement, and drive conversions. You will leverage marketing automation platforms to create sophisticated customer journeys, segment audiences, and ensure seamless integration with other marketing and sales tools. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented marketer to optimize processes and significantly contribute to growth in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and customer journeys.
- Manage and segment customer databases within the marketing automation platform to facilitate targeted campaigns.
- Develop and execute A/B tests on email campaigns, landing pages, and automation workflows to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align automation strategies with business objectives and lead nurturing goals.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure data hygiene and compliance with relevant privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing automation, campaign management, or a related digital marketing role.
- Hands-on experience with leading marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, CRM systems, and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a fully remote environment.
