About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee and execute integrated marketing campaigns from their Reading office. This critical role involves planning, developing, and managing multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, sales, and creative services, to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overarching business goals. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive marketing campaign plans, from conception through to execution and analysis.
- Coordinate all campaign activities across digital, email, social media, content, and offline channels.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets and messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance data, identifying key insights and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Liaise with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support their objectives and generate qualified leads.
- Manage vendor relationships and external agency partnerships as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing campaign management or a similar role.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and CRM systems.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
