Marketing Campaign Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly organized and results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from their Reading office. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of campaigns, from initial strategy and planning through to execution, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve their objectives, significantly contributing to lead generation and brand awareness efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive campaign strategies, objectives, and KPIs aligned with business goals.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
• Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking expenditures.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, sales, product) and external agencies to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide detailed reports with actionable insights.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Campaign Manager or in a similar project management role within marketing.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications and various marketing channels.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and reporting on campaign success.
• Strong budget management and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
