Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing communications plans to support business goals.
• Craft press releases, media pitches, and other external communications to build positive media relations.
• Create engaging content for various channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.
• Manage internal communication initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies, reporting on key metrics and providing recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist , Communications Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of public relations, content marketing, social media, and internal communications.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio of communications work.
• Experience in media relations and cultivating relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Proficiency with marketing and communication tools, including CMS and social media management platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
