About the Role
Our client is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to support brand activation initiatives for their FMCG portfolio, based in Edinburgh . This role is ideal for an emerging marketing professional eager to gain hands-on experience in campaign execution, event management, and digital marketing within a fast-paced industry. You will work closely with the marketing team to bring brand strategies to life, ensuring seamless execution of promotional activities and engaging consumer experiences. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to brand growth and build a strong foundation in FMCG marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and brand activation events.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and POS displays.
- Support the management of social media channels and contribute to content creation for online platforms.
- Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing activities, gathering data for campaign analysis.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including budget tracking and scheduling meetings.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Some experience in a marketing support role, ideally within the FMCG sector or agency environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with design software is a plus.
