Our client, a respected venue in the arts and entertainment sector based in Oxford , is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator . You will play a key role in promoting a diverse range of performances and events, engaging audiences, and driving ticket sales. This position is ideal for an individual with a passion for the performing arts and strong marketing acumen, looking to develop their career within a dynamic cultural organization. You will support the marketing manager in executing campaigns and managing promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for theatre productions, concerts, and other events.
- Manage and update the organization's website and social media channels with engaging content and promotional information.
- Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital advertisements.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Liaise with media partners, agents, and other stakeholders to secure promotional coverage.
- Monitor campaign performance, gather data, and assist in preparing marketing reports.
Requirements
- Previous experience in marketing coordination or a similar role, with a preference for experience in the arts and entertainment industry .
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic web content management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine enthusiasm for the performing arts and a desire to attract diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software is a plus.
