About the Role
Our client is seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to join their team in Oxford . This role is focused on planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels to drive measurable results such as leads, sales, and customer acquisition. You will be responsible for managing budgets, A/B testing creatives and targeting, and analysing campaign performance to maximise ROI. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a hybrid work model, contributing directly to the company's revenue growth through strategic paid media management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and display networks.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend and maximising return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign setup to ensure maximum reach and relevance.
- Create compelling ad copy and visual assets, or collaborate with creative teams to develop them.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyse data using analytics tools, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- A/B test various campaign elements (ad copy, creatives, landing pages, targeting) to continuously improve performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar paid media role.
- Strong expertise in managing paid search (PPC) and paid social media campaigns.
- Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads) and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimise campaign performance.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) is essential.
