Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights within marketing data to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to define measurement frameworks and ensure accurate data collection.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, with strong experience in data manipulation and analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• In-depth knowledge of web analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and common marketing metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
