Job Description
Marketing Manager
£50,000–£55,000 per annum | Elstree, Hertfordshire | Office-based
Great products. Global customers. Your opportunity to make an impact.
Are you a creative, commercially minded Marketing Manager who loves turning ideas into results?
At Call Systems Technology (CST), we develop and deliver innovative communication and messaging technology used by some of the world's most prestigious hotels, restaurants, cruise lines, superyachts and luxury brands.
We're an award-winning British business and Royal Warrant holder, with installations in over 40 countries. Our products range from wireless call systems and two-way radios to intelligent messaging and monitoring software.
We're looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager who can bring fresh thinking, creative flair and a results-driven approach to our marketing.
This is a hands-on role with real variety. You'll shape our marketing strategy, develop our brand, create compelling campaigns and work closely with our Sales team to generate leads and support business growth.
What you'll be doing
*
Strategy & brand: Develop and deliver a marketing strategy that strengthens our brand, increases visibility and drives commercial growth across multiple markets.
*
Campaigns & lead generation: Plan and execute creative, measurable B2B marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, generating quality leads and new business opportunities.
*
Digital marketing & SEO: Develop our online presence through website content, SEO, social media, email marketing and performance analysis.
*
Content & creative: Produce engaging copy, graphics and marketing materials for product launches, brochures, presentations, campaigns and social platforms.
*
Events & exhibitions: Bring our brand to life at industry trade shows, product roadshows and other high-profile events.
*
Insights & performance: Research market trends, monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, and turn data into actionable improvements.
*
Collaboration & leadership: Manage our small Marketing team, work closely with Sales, contribute to internal communications and present marketing performance to senior management and the Board.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who combines creative thinking with commercial instinct — someone who understands both the art of great marketing and the importance of measurable results.
You'll have:
*
At least 5 years' marketing experience, including 3 years in a comparable role.
*
Experience marketing technical or physical products, ideally within a B2B environment, rather than exclusively marketing services.
*
Strong digital marketing skills, including campaign management, lead generation, content marketing and performance analysis.
*
A good understanding of SEO and digital marketing performance.
*
Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to make technical products engaging and accessible to different audiences.
*
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, website content management systems such as WordPress or TYPO3, and Microsoft Office.
*
The confidence to manage multiple projects, contribute fresh ideas and work collaboratively with a busy Sales team.
*
A marketing degree, relevant professional qualification or equivalent practical experience.
Above all, you'll be proactive, imaginative, organised and commercially focused, with a genuine enthusiasm for marketing products that make a difference.
Why join CST?
You'll be marketing established, innovative British technology to an international audience, with the opportunity to influence how our brand develops and grows.
You'll enjoy a varied role, a collaborative team and the chance to see your ideas translated into real business results.
Location: Our modern, spacious headquarters in Elstree, Hertfordshire, conveniently located for North London and the northern Home Counties. This is an office-based position, so you'll need to live within a reasonable commuting distance.
Applicants must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.
If you're ready to bring fresh ideas, energy and commercial creativity to a growing international business, we'd love to hear from you
