Job Description
A leading UK menswear eCommerce retailer is hiring a Marketing Partnership Executive to join their in-house Campaigns team. This is a partner-facing role focused on managing brand marketing relationships, planning seasonal campaigns, and improving performance through data-led decision making.
You'll work closely with external brand marketing teams and internal stakeholders (Campaigns, Creative and Accounts) - negotiating contributions, keeping partner records accurate, and ensuring campaign activity is delivered smoothly with clear reporting and post-campaign feedback.
Role: Marketing Partnership Executive Location: Outskirts of Scarborough (office-based, near A64 / Seamer train station) Type: Permanent, full-time (9:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday) Salary: Competitive - dependent on experience and skill set
Key responsibilities
Plan and execute brand campaigns across seasonal and mid-season activity Review and refine marketing media packs, making amendments where needed Negotiate brand and third-party contributions based on buying increases and previous campaigns Track confirmations and maintain accurate records of brand contributions and exposure Analyse past campaign performance with partners and plan upcoming activity Liaise with Accounts to invoice partners for marketing contributions and support with queries Help chase outstanding payments and ensure partner commitments are delivered Coordinate with Creative to collect seasonal imagery and produce banners and campaign assets Produce review packs for paid brand activity, including performance statistics and feedback Proactively reach out to new brands and identify the correct marketing point of contact Keep the partner CRM updated with contact changes and key partner information Manage channel-specific conversations and requests with partner marketing teams
Key skills and experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence building external relationships Highly organised with excellent attention to detail (comfortable managing multiple priorities) Proactive and able to work on your own initiative in a fast-moving environment Positive, energetic approach - reacts quickly and constructively to changing situations Interest in fashion and awareness of marketing trends (fashion industry knowledge beneficial) Degree or relevant qualification preferred, but not essential
