Master Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established franchise-approved car dealership based in Leominster, for the position of Master Vehicle Technician. This is an excellent Master Vehicle Technician opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking a role with long-term career prospects within a reputable and friendly dealership environment.

Starting salary up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience as a Master Vehicle Technician Performance-related bonuses Overtime paid at time and a half (subject to availability) 30 days annual leave including bank holidays Access to comprehensive in-house and manufacturer-accredited training, including electric and ICE vehicle technology Workplace pension scheme Career development within a family-run business operating for over 70 years Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday with a one-hour lunch break; 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm, paid as overtimeDuties as a Master Vehicle Technician:

Accurately and efficiently undertaking repairs and servicing of vehicles to the highest standards Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer, retailer, and industry guidelines Mentoring and providing technical support to other vehicle technicians to enhance diagnostic accuracy and repair times Discussing ongoing vehicle issues directly with customers when necessary Ensuring all work is completed safely and followed up until resolution Maintaining high levels of quality in a fast-paced workshop environment Contributing to team targets and maintaining excellent standards of customer serviceRequirements:
