Experienced Maths Teacher Required

Teaching Personnel is seeking an exceptional Maths Teacher to join a thriving secondary school on a full-time basis. The Role

As a full-time Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for:

Teaching Mathematics across KS3, KS4 and KS5, including GCSE and A-Level Delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire and challenge students Planning, preparing and assessing work in line with curriculum requirements Supporting students of varying abilities to achieve their full potential Using data effectively to monitor progress and raise attainment Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, effort and achievement Contributing to departmental development and whole-school initiatives Building positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues

Candidate Requirements

Essential Criteria

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK Have proven experience teaching within a secondary school environment Be confident delivering both GCSE and A-Level Mathematics Demonstrate excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills Have a strong understanding of the current secondary Maths curriculum Be committed to achieving outstanding student outcomes Hold a valid Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one through Teaching Personnel Have the right to work in the UK

Desirable Skills

Experience teaching high-attaining and intervention groups A proven track record of improving student progress and attainment The ability to contribute to extracurricular Maths activities and revision programmes Strong communication and organisational skills
