Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test mechanical components and systems for aerospace applications.
- Utilize advanced CAD software for 3D modeling, drafting, and analysis of complex assemblies.
- Conduct detailed engineering analysis, including stress, thermal, and vibration studies , using FEA tools.
- Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and test procedures.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-effective.
- Support product testing and validation activities, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering , Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, with specific experience in the aerospace sector highly preferred.
- Proficiency with industry-standard CAD/CAE software (e.g., CATIA, ANSYS).
- Knowledge of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and relevant industry standards (e.g., DO-160, MIL-STD).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
