Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex mechanical systems and components for aerospace applications.
- Utilize advanced CAD software (e.g., CATIA, NX) for 3D modelling and drafting.
- Perform detailed structural analysis and simulations to ensure design integrity and performance.
- Create and manage comprehensive technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure designs are optimized for production.
- Support the testing and validation of prototypes and flight hardware.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within the aerospace sector .
- Proficiency with industry-standard 3D CAD software and associated PDM systems.
- Strong understanding of aerospace materials, manufacturing techniques, and regulatory standards.
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and manage project tasks independently.
