Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex mechanical components and sub-systems for automotive applications using advanced CAD software.
• Conduct performance analysis , including thermal, stress, and vibration simulations, to ensure design robustness.
• Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for prototyping and production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as electrical engineering, software development, and manufacturing to integrate mechanical designs.
• Support prototype build and testing activities, analyzing results, and implementing design improvements.
• Ensure designs comply with automotive industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related automotive engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive mechanical design .
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, Adams).
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
