Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for defence platforms using advanced CAD software .
• Perform detailed stress analysis , thermal analysis, and dynamic simulations to validate designs.
• Create precise manufacturing drawings, technical specifications, and bills of materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including systems engineers and manufacturing specialists, on defence projects.
• Ensure designs comply with stringent defence standards and security protocols.
• Support prototype builds, testing, and integration activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in mechanical design, ideally within the defence sector .
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks) and FEA tools .
• Understanding of materials suitable for defence applications and relevant manufacturing processes.
• Experience working with complex systems and adhering to strict engineering standards.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
