Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems for robots, automated machinery, and end-of-arm tooling using CAD software.
• Create detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for robotic components and assemblies.
• Perform kinematic and dynamic analysis of robotic mechanisms to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with electrical and software engineers to integrate mechanical designs with control systems and sensors.
• Oversee the assembly, testing, and commissioning of robotic and automation systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of robotic product lines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• 2+ years of experience in mechanical design, with a focus on robotics, automation, or complex machinery.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and basic understanding of motion control.
• Familiarity with common automation components, actuators, sensors, and end-effectors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and communicate technical concepts clearly.
