Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed mechanical designs using 3D CAD software, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Perform engineering calculations and simulations, including stress analysis and thermal modeling, to validate designs.
• Create and maintain accurate engineering drawings, schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, R&D, and project management teams to ensure successful product realization.
• Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical design issues that arise during product development and production.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer, with a strong portfolio of past projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360).
• Familiarity with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and other simulation tools is advantageous.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, injection molding, etc.) and material properties.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
