Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop detailed mechanical designs for new products and systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Utilize advanced CAD software to create intricate 3D models, assemblies, and detailed manufacturing drawings.
• Conduct rigorous analysis, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), to validate design integrity.
• Collaborate seamlessly with remote cross-functional teams, including electrical, software, and systems engineers, via digital platforms.
• Specify materials and manufacturing processes, ensuring designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and meet quality standards.
• Provide expert technical support during prototyping, testing, and production phases.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design and engineering.
• Expertise in SolidWorks , CATIA, or similar advanced CAD packages.
• Proficiency in simulation and analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL).
• Strong understanding of GD&T, DFM, and DFA principles.
• Exceptional remote communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
