Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems for new product introductions.
- Conduct performance testing and validation on prototypes and production units.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, specifications, and bills of materials (BOMs).
- Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain partners to ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-effective.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during the product development process.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and materials for potential product applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in mechanical design or product development.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Inventor, SolidWorks).
- Basic understanding of materials science and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to perform basic engineering calculations and analysis.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
