Key Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design and development of new products from concept to commercialization.
• Utilize advanced 3D CAD software and FEA tools for design creation, simulation, and analysis.
• Perform complex calculations and simulations to optimize performance, durability, and safety of mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and marketing, to ensure integrated product solutions.
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation processes, ensuring rigorous adherence to quality standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the product development team.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Over 7 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering product development.
• Expert proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks) and advanced FEA software .
• In-depth knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and design for manufacturability (DFM).
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects.
