Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research into new technologies and materials relevant to product development.
• Design, build, and test prototypes for new mechanical concepts and systems.
• Develop detailed designs and technical documentation for R&D projects using CAD software .
• Perform analysis and simulations to evaluate the feasibility and performance of new designs.
• Collaborate with the wider engineering team to transition successful R&D concepts into viable product designs.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in mechanical engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical design or R&D, preferably with a focus on prototyping.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software and an understanding of basic engineering analysis.
• Experience with laboratory equipment and experimental procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative mindset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate within a team.
