Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and install mechanical systems and machinery from blueprints and technical drawings.
• Fit, align, and adjust mechanical parts and assemblies to meet precise specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on factory equipment to ensure operational reliability.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, implementing effective repair solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter or in a similar assembly/maintenance role.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, gears, bearings, and power transmission.
• Good physical condition and ability to work in a manufacturing setting in Milton Keynes .
