- Support the assessment of warranty claims and returned equipment.
- Use hand tools, pneumatic tools and lifting equipment safely, maintaining a tidy and organised workshop.
- Follow company quality procedures and contribute to continuous improvement.
About you
You’ll bring a strong mechanical engineering background, a methodical approach to fault-finding and the ability to produce work to a consistently high standard.
We’re looking for:
- Experience in mechanical fitting, equipment assembly, servicing or repair within an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of industrial gearboxes, geared motors or related power transmission equipment.

- Strong troubleshooting skills and a basic understanding of electrical systems.
- An understanding of safe lifting, equipment handling and workshop safety.
- Good computer skills and an organised approach to recording technical information.
- The ability to work independently, contribute to a team and communicate clearly with customers.
An apprenticeship, relevant NVQ Level 3, HNC or experience working to ISO 9000 quality procedures would be advantageous.
