Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee the installation of mechanical systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and engineering standards.
- Provide remote technical guidance and support to on-site installation crews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical installation issues as they arise, offering practical solutions.
- Review installation progress reports and conduct remote inspections where feasible.
- Collaborate with design engineers and project managers to address any technical challenges.
- Ensure all installation activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on installation and project execution.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, components, and installation best practices.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to analyze and resolve technical issues remotely.
- Proficiency in using project management and communication tools for remote collaboration.
- Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
